Flight Centre Update - let the healing begin
For those that have watched and waited I am pleased to say that my issue with the Flight Centre is over, having been settled amicably in the end. Thank you to all for your support and thanks to the Flight Centre for doing the right thing.
Update: Because of the potential for comments on this particular post to head in all kinds of directions, and because I feel it’s wrong to ‘pick and choose’ which comments are allowed, and which aren’t. I think, therefore, it’s better to just make this a comment-free post (or, if you could at least regard it as a medium to communicate your thoughts to me, knowing it won’t be read by the rest of the world). My girlfriend and I went to Flight Center for the very first time ..Let me express you how i feel about flight center.Im located in Newmarket ont canada .I went to flight center and sat down with a girl named jen lyn 2nd manager in charge.We decided on are trip based on already knowing where we wanted to fly to.We decided to go to cuba for two weeks jen decided to swipe are credit cards i give her mine and she said it was declined i said um ok then i give her my other one she said that was declined as well.My girlfriend then decided to try hers and jen said it was declined.We said thats odd and jen said dont worry your cards didint go threw.We went home checked are online banking and i saw i was charged for two huge amount one amount was 1784 and the other amount was 2200.My firlfriend also had to random amounts on her credit card we went back the next day and told them they called air canada vacations and after 4 days found the money they said was lost in cyber space.And then give us back are money we then went back and flight center charged are cards again messing up again on both of us.so we went back long story short they messed up 8 times and flight center has us sigh papers to protect there own ass.I called and spoke with the 1800 manager and she didint see what the big problem was. Its really sad when managers close both there eyes and ignore customers .Its even worse when flight center highers managers who do this.Ive red many complaint sights about flight center and its very true how flight center blames there own mistakes on air canada vacations and then walks away from the problem.its been almost 13 days and still trying to fix this problem with flight center .Air canada stepped in and fixed the problems .ill be buying trips from them but i wont be buying any trips for flight center.
Worst customer experence ever.
Really the worst service its a shame ur companys like this they lost 4000$ and future customers for my self and my girlfriend and all are friends.
