For those that have watched and waited I am pleased to say that my issue with the Flight Centre is over, having been settled amicably in the end. Thank you to all for your support and thanks to the Flight Centre for doing the right thing.

Update: Because of the potential for comments on this particular post to head in all kinds of directions, and because I feel it’s wrong to ‘pick and choose’ which comments are allowed, and which aren’t. I think, therefore, it’s better to just make this a comment-free post (or, if you could at least regard it as a medium to communicate your thoughts to me, knowing it won’t be read by the rest of the world).
